I left my home at 10.00pm with my neighbour/friend via ambulance service because of high blood pressure problems, and wasn't seen till 3am and nothing was looked into or followed up, we didnt leave till 6am and there was no follow up. Worse hospital ever, it should be closed down.

  2. Review titled Terrible

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Jean Gold - Posted on 08 October 2022

Had to fight for an appointment for a worrying condition. Was given a telephone consultation. A very rude consultant rang me and in a very aggressive manner told me that there was nothing that they could do. And I would just have to live with the condition. And then discharged me from the clinic. I work for the nhs and find this very disturbing. Disgusting service

I was received with much kindness. The procedure was explained very well, and carried out with care. I was very confident with their ability. Trusting all will be well with the result.

  5. Review titled Consideration and care

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Edmonton Patient - Posted on 30 July 2022

Surgeon and assisting nurse both showed care and consideration at the surgery procedure carried out at the Alma Health Centre yesterday the 29th July. I am keeping to the guidelines which is a pity as I would really like to name them both as they warrant recognition

  6. Review titled Unprofessional

Rated 1 star out of 5

Attended an appointment today, they were half an hour late, even though I was the first patient after lunch. Receptions told me that they didn't go to lunch until 10min before my appointment, which was a lie as I was half an hour early to my appointment and they had already gone to lunch and the department was empty. When it was finally my appointment, no apologies from the consultant and my comsultation was finished within 3/4min. What a waste of time and very unprofessional staff. I chose North Middlesex as they were the first available appointment, now it makes sense why they have more availabilities than other hospitals.
