On a recent visit to The One Hospital Hatfield, I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist. The appointment started on time, the consultant was helpful, gave me some required medication and some advice about my condition and what next steps could look like if my symptoms didn't clear.

Pleasant atmosphere Relaxing and calming waiting area. Lovely and very helpful staff that make you feel relaxed and at ease before going into see the consultant about your condition. Very Pleasing

I was seen on time by an orthopedic consultant specializing in knees and hips. To confirm his initial diagnosis, he sent me for an X ray that was performed about 10 minutes later. He then saw me again shortly afterwards and explained the situation and said that I needed a hip operation as soon possible. He put me on his NHS waiting list

Very well cared for and looked after, everyone showed time for me,and they took away my anxieties. I was guided through every process of my surgery ,everything was to a very high standard

I got the apointment for the 7th of March. I change it for the 13th of March because I couldn't attend. This was changed via the NHS app and I confirmed that was changed. I was waiting for the call the 13th but no one called me. When I wanted to check if the 13th was correct the appointment didn't exist anymore in the app. I don't understand what was the issue but I didn't get any consultation.
