From the minute I stepped through the door I was greeted with smiles. I was referred to the ossh for surgery on my spine due to bulging disc and trapped nerve. On my first appointment the surgeon was very reassuring approachable and happy to answer any concerns I had The staff are happy and relaxed in their job roles and that passes onto the patients. Excellent care from every single member of staff. The hospital is very well run and so organised, the staff are knowledgeable and actually have time for you as an individual. Any nerves I had quickly disappeared due to the calm relaxed atmosphere created by the caring staff. One big happy family coming together to give best possible care possible. I will be forever grateful And would 100 % recommend

The waiting area was calm and pleasant. The consultant was friendly and welcoming with an authoritative, but approachable and reassuring manner. He gave the impression that he had plenty of time for the patient as he asked simple but searching questions. He clearly described the options for treatment and confirmed my decision.

The Orthopaedic and Spine Specialist Hospital is very well run, with kind, and caring staff. Everyone is treated as an individual, with personalised care, and with respect at all levels, from consultant to catering staff. I was in the hands of a very capable and caring team. I definitely would recommend this hospital for any spinal/orthopaedic treatment.

I have just had my 3 month review with my surgeon following on from my Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion operation in October 2024. Everything is going well with my recovery and I am so glad that I followed through with the surgery despite being quite nervous. I'm particularly pleased that I chose this hospital and surgeon. The hospital and all of its staff were wonderful and very professional from start to finish. My surgeon was exceptional and exudes a very calm and reassuring persona. A wonderful hospital!!

I cannot say enough about the positive experience I have had in having a hip replacement. From the first consultation to my sign off, everything has gone perfectly. The personal attention from my Consultant and his nursing staff were exemplary and as good as it gets. Medically, everything has gone well and in line with the advice given by my Consultant. I have already recommended this hospital and my Consultant to friends and family. Thank you.

Had full knee replacement and from the moment I ws admitted until I was discharged the care and attention I received from all staff was excellent. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble for anyone to make sure I was looked after. Would not hesitate to recommend this hospital.

Surgeon was very informative, and communicated everything in detail. Pre op,during procedure and post op, all staff were exceptional. Patient always came first, and nothing was to much trouble.

All the staff showed great care and attention to getting everything right from my operation and aftercare, to accommodating my dietary needs. The surgeons and other doctors were keen to use best practice techniques and ensure the best outcome. The nursing staff were caring and attentive, and very friendly and reassuring. The outcome has exceeded my expectations.

I can’t speak highly enough of the care and service at the Orthopaedic and spinal hospital under the care of the specialist and his team. The entire experience was fantastic from the moment I arrived to the day I left. The staff were friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them. The dedication and professionalism of everyone was outstanding.

I had a total knee replacement at the end of July 2024, the care and attention I received during my hospital stay was excellent from both the nursing staff and the consultant. I would give the hospital 5 stars and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone else looking to have surgery.
