  1. Review titled Great service and friendly professional staff

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Attend Paulton Minor Injuries Unit after an injury to my nose. All staff were friendly and professional. Waiting time was minimal and after being seen I was told that I needed to go to ear, nose and throat dept at the Royal United Hospital. Paulton staff had contacted them and arranged for me to go straight in. I was seen within the hour at Royal United. Thank you to all the staff, you were amazing.

  2. Review titled Radiography Department

Rated 3 stars out of 5

13th of June 2024. Visited Paulton hospital son injuried himself he needed to be checked. Nursing staff ok. But the Radiographer was very rude! calling his name at first she spoken quietly unfortunately we didn't hear. Second time we heard we was trying to get up I couldn't move quick and son couldn't due to his injury. As she called his name twice and then she clapped her hands and told him to come on !! I wasn't happy I asked her not to clap her hands at my son thank you as its rude. She didn't like it and did apologise. I'm sorry but you need to be patient and if you see a patient and family member is struggling is human decency to help or ask them if they need help. You don't need to clap you hands!

I attended Paulton Hospital Minor Injuries Unit on Monday and Tuesday 5th and 6th February for advice and subsequent x-ray on my damaged foot; I had severe pain and bad bruising. The experience was faultless, the staff were all so kind and helpful, with quick diagnosis and advice. Big thanks to you all- you are a credit to your profession.

  4. Review titled Great Caring Physio Department

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Brian Kendall - Posted on 06 July 2023

Having visited for the first time the Paulton Hospital Physio Dept on Tuesday 4th July at 9.30am in order to take part in the Hip and Knee Pathway. I found that not only that you could park for free but there was also adequate parking spaces available. On time our group had everything that was going to take place during our session explained in a very straightforward and easy to understand and friendly manner, which was most reassuring and easy to understand. Every member of staff I encountered were very professional and easy to talk to and gave the every impression that they would do their best to help you with your medical condition. The visit was very worthwhile, Thank You.

  5. Review titled Amazing with SEN children

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I took my son up to MIU yesterday who is Autistic and Nonverbal 14 year old who hurt his foot at school. The doctor for MIU was absolutely amazing with my son, was patient and made adaptions to help him be happy and comfortable. We returned the next day for xray and again the same man went above and beyond. We went to xray and the gentleman in xray was also very patient, understanding and took time for him. The whole experience was the most comfortable I have every seen my son in this type of circumstance and I am so relieved to have this service available to us.
