Thought I’d got lucky given the choice of Pinehill for my routine procedure. However, because I also have a heart condition the hospital cancelled surgery on three occasions and are now referring me back to the NHS. Feels like I’ve wasted four months. Hospital in hindsight has been slow to come to this outcome & along the way has been poor at responding to calls for updates.
