I had an amazing experience at Emerson’s green dental hospital. It went really well and better than I expected, I was really worried about getting both my wisdom teeth taken out & also needles but the staff was so lovely, I suffer with anxiety and I chose to be sedated while they do this procedure. I don’t like needles and I didn’t feel a thing in my hand, then I woke up with my teeth gone and no pain at all. They were so supportive and helpful, the after care they give you also is really good. If you suffer with anxiety definitely get the sedation you won’t feel a thing or remember much. Don’t know why I was so worried, it’s so lovely to have staff care so much about your wellbeing. So nice also how calm the staff are which creates a relaxing environment. The dental nurses and surgeon were amazing! Thanks! 10/10

I had to have a uss and yransvginal uss. The healthcare assistance was very friendly and calm and explained the procedure well made me feel at ease. The Sonographer was also very polite and put me at ease. Couldn't of asked for better experience as I was a little nervous to start but test was done efficiently and quickly. Lovely Team.

From the moment I walked through the front door, to the moment I left, the staff, nurses & surgeons couldn’t do enough for me. They made me feel relaxed, at ease & comfortable. I’ve left with all the aftercare information & medication, that hopefully I need. Many thanks to a brilliant team

I came in to do dental work from moment I came in through to the surgery and the surgeon (excellent)and post op all the staff were very pleasant, friendly, professional and supportive. They put me at ease and reassured me throughout. It felt personable like I was the only one they had to support.

Really cannot praise this hospital enough,all the team wether doctor,nurses meals ladies they were all so kind and caring.Kept making sure I was ok before and after surgery.If you have a choice choose Emerson Green Hospital.Oh and by the way good was good too.

I had a hernia repair with a spinal injection, which was recommended because of other health issues I had no worries of the operation but was very nervous about the injection as I had one many years ago but I can honestly say the injection and the operation was carried out with no pain at all I cannot thank all team enough from the reception staff to the nurse who escorted me to my lift home, all was carried out very professionally, I would have no problem with recommending this hospital to anyone needing any treatment

Wow! Just had secondary cataract laser surgery and I can now see in technicolor! Just about the best hospital ever! So friendly, so clean and so amazing! Thank you so much for giving me my life back! I can now see to drive again! Our wonderful NHS at it's best. xxx

After waiting for what felt a very long time to be called in for my procedure I felt extremely rushed by the doctor undertaking it. Sedation was administered and there was no wait to allow it to take effect. No explanation of what each member of staff was doing. Procedure was stopped and then abandoned all together. I was then issued paperwork stating I had withdrawn my consent when the staff had chosen to abandon. Now awaiting a length wait for re-referral.

I feel compelled to write and say thank you - I was really scared about my procedure today, but the nurse who looked after me was just so wonderful. She totally calmed me down, held my hand and made me totally at ease when I got unexpectedly quite upset at the start of the procedure. A million thanks to her! Also, I was seen really quickly and everyone was just so professional. All the very best to the staff, great experience all in all, despite my very real fears and anxieties on arrival!

Had op as a day case. Can’t fault in any way. Efficient, caring, spotlessly clean. All you would want in that situation. Great!
