My mother in law came out of her pre op cataract appt in tears - the consultant did not introduce herself & was completely abrupt; she came out with no advice about what would correction would be best for her and felt quite humiliated by the whole experience

I had a first colonoscopy at this centre today. I was nervous but the experience was as good as it could possibly be. All of the staff were friendly, courteous and supportive. I felt listened to throughout and everything was clearly explained to me. I thought the processes of pre-assessment, consent, procedure and recovery were handled brilliantly and efficiently. Everything ran exactly to time. Their attention to ensuring my comfort throughout the procedure (with intravenous sedation and analgesia and backup option of gas and air) was particularly appreciated. The team of 5 ladies involved in caring for me were all amazing. The team should be proud of the excellent service they provide, thank you.

I cannot praise highly enough the treatment and actions of the staff at Devizes. They went on my opinion above and beyond in looking after me . A big thank you from me to all the ladies and my consultant.

Visited Devizes Surgical Centre for a Gastroscope and was extremely impressed with the whole process, from the initial greeting to the excellent care provided by the whole medical team.

I am nervous of dentists but the staff here are amazing, everyone is so helpful and calming, from reception right through to treatment.

The staff are incredibly helpful at the practice nothing was too much trouble, they were extremely kind after a negative experience at another hospital.

I've just come back after having a tooth extracted at Practice Plus Devizes. I got an appt within 3 days of the pre op assessment. I was super impressed with every member of staff from the receptionists, Medical Team and aftercare - everyone was so friendly, took time to introduce themselves, had time to explain the processes at ever step - I genuinely felt like they all enjoyed working there and had time for patients. The building was clean, well organised and a very calm environment! Spot on well done & thank you!

Best dentist I’ve ever been to ! Had to have 2 teeth removed this week ! A very professional team took care of everything! In the chair for 20 minutes! Don’t know what they use for injections these days but no pain afterwards . 3 days later I’ve had no after pain whatsoever! Didn’t need the pain killer pills ! So really impressed with this dental team !
