  1. Review titled Brilliant surgeon and follow up

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Steve Clarke - Posted on 14 October 2022

I had to have an emergency knee operation after falling down steps. This week I was "signed off" by my surgeon with appropriate advice as my recovery has been going so well over the past foour months thanks to his skill as a surgeon and subsequent advice and physiotherapy. I feel so lucky to have had such splendid care and assistance in getting back to using both my legs.

  2. Review titled Very friendly, caring staff

Rated 5 stars out of 5

As an inpatient I had ultrasound and Mrcp scans. All the staff were friendly and caring thus calming any nerves I had. Totally different to my experience of a previous MRI scan at St Mary's, Sidcup.

  3. Review titled Great care

Rated 5 stars out of 5

On 30/09/2022 I was admitted to ward Surgical 6 where I spent five days. All the staff were friendly and caring. They explained what they were doing to me, and why, and did their best to answer any questions I had. My only complaint is the lack of communication between the medical staff and the caterers. As a vegetarian the menu had far better choices than any restaurant I have visited but after being told to eat a low fat, easily digestible food found it rather lacking. Not the caterers fault (they were as helpful as they could be), but I really feel that in a place where diet for some is very important there should be more nutritional guidance
