My dad was seen in the emergency care centre today following a fall. Excellent care from the triage nurse to the receptionist to all the team members. The team seemed very happy team and were very good with all of the patients. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.

I had to call an ambulance to go to A&E on 5th May 2023. I would like to express my appreciation for the quiet and efficient way the A&E Department was run that day. I was well looked after. Many thanks

  5. Review titled Speedy and efficient

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Saw my GP at 0920 to review findings of an Ultrasound Scan. Abnormality in an area on the edge of the scan was noted and caused concern for my Doctor. He got staright on the phone to QA Urology to discuss urgent treatment plan. Told to go straight to QA with a letter and arrived there at 1000 and by 1020 treatment had been administered to take pressure off my kidneys. Lind prompt effective treatment for which I heartily thank the staff at all levels.

  6. Review titled Great practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

    by Allan B - Posted on 08 June 2023

Recently received radiotherapy treatment for prostate cancer. Each of the Linac teams were efficient, friendly and extremely considerate to all patients. This is obviously routine for them but they manage to treat patients with respect and kindness. My experience was mainly with the Linac 4 team but visits to other reams was equally impressive. Many thanks.

  7. Review titled Blood test results missing

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Iris February - Posted on 12 June 2023

I had a blood test ordered by the ENT consultant on 15/05/23. The results have not been sent to me or my GP as of 12/06/23. I have rung the department 8 times today and been cut off as soon as I get through. This is disgraceful service.

  9. Review titled Poor service.

Rated 1 star out of 5

by michele goodwin - Posted on 04 April 2023

Follow up fracture clinic. Seen by orthopaedic surgeon. Not friendly at all. Offered no reassurance. Asked if I was doing swimming or physic. I was not advised to do this and not referred either. I asked a few simple questions and he did not answer them. I would have liked details of the exact diagnosis. Any alternative treatments, How long does it take to heal. Nothing at all offered or given. Gave as little as possible to just get rid of me. Disgusting service. Really disappointing. From start to finish.

  10. Review titled Brilliant caring service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Heidi drake - Posted on 03 April 2023

My grandson was very Ill and could not get to see a dr in his own surgery. The staff and drs in qa hospital were first class checking to see if he had glandular fever or other illnesses . He was not able to swallow any tablets so they arranged liquid antibiotics. And also arranged a future appointment with his own doctor. Something we had not been able to do. All the staff at qa are first class and unfortunately are also overloaded with patients who cannot get to see their own gps.
