Review titled Impossible to get through via appointment line
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 28 June 2024
I have tried to change an appointment and was in the queue on their appointment phone line for about an hour. Finally got to position one in the queue only to then be stuck there for 50 minutes until I gave up. This is absolutely ridiculous. No replies to emails either and I have no idea how to change this appointment.

Review titled Poor administration of service
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 28 January 2024
clinicians and admin staff all pleasant although I think some extra training on how to deal with patients with dementia would be useful. The administration around appointments is appalling. In order to try and check/change my mothers appointment time I had to call 4 different numbers I was given after calling the number on the appointment letter and being told that they couldn't deal with it. The appt time for my mother had been changed twice and there were two different appt times which it turned out were the wrong way around the doctors appt being before the eye testing one!! In order to finally confirm I had to insist on speaking to one of the managers which is a real waste of her time but having spent hours on the phone and going around in circles with people on phone saying they have already fed back this is an issue..... I really don't see why a number can't be dedicated to this particular clinic with times that number would be manned being put on the letter this would save a lot of patient anxiety and time and a lot of NHS resource time.

Review titled Awful place with no reception or answers
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Daniel Cox - Posted on 12 March 2024
Lost my surgery appointment. Rung reception over ten times and never get an answer. Still no one can give me an answer and they cannot give me an answer. I just want my surgery but no one will talk to me. Worst experience I have ever had in my life with a service.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Recently my wife had a colonoscopy at your hospital. All the staff were excellent; she was kept well informed throughout and her procedure explained fully; all the staff were reassuring and professional she could not ask for better treatment; what a wonderful clinic, doing a brilliant job.”
