The staff here were absolutely fantastic. They were friendly, really helpful, just generally lovely. Despite being really busy they didn’t show that at all and were just generally brilliant. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I also saw them deal with other people, including an upset child, and they were so friendly and sympathetic. Thank you to you all

I was completely blown away by the service I received in the minor injuries unit at QVH - words cannot do it justice. The nurses that dealt with me were kind, thorough and a complete asset to the NHS. I was then dealt with in plastic surgery and once again I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received. I have been in a fair few other hospitals and none of them compared to the service I received at QVH. Hopefully I don't but if I ever need similar care in the future this is where I will be going.

From the moment we arrived in the outpatients department and were greeted by the receptionist to when we left with my father being collected by the hospital transport team we were treated with the utmost care and respect by all members of the team, the nurses and the consultant. This was the NHS at its absolute best , thank you.

My daughter born with syndactyly in both hands and surgeon did an amazing surgery. I was really scared for my one years old baby to do this surgery but I have to say that all staff involved were amazing. Cannot thank you enough for what they have done for my baby and for me. We will continue to have follow-up appointments with surgeon. Thank you.

I cannot recommend highly enough, all of the staff from admin, check in, porters, HCA's, nurses, ward staff and of course the consultants are amazing, cheerful, kind, compassionate and an exceptional reflection of the NHS at its very best. My initial consultations through to surgery and follow up care has been outstanding. A truly wonderful hospital experience, thank you all so very much!
