From arrival to leaving very efficient my eye injection was expertly given and I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. I was able to chat before and after the injection . I left feeling happy about my experience

Attended for a procedure as an outpatient in the Endosopy Unit, was informed that I was in fact having two procedures, which was a bit of surprise to me (minor glitch in communication, but not a huge problem). The staff from reception throughout the journey to recovery were lovely. Warm and friendly, reassuring and professional. A true reflection of the majority of NHS services and a stark reminder of how lucky we are to have this fabulous organisation free at the point of entry.

I have visited the opthalmology department a number of times and cannot praise it enough. The opthalmologist I have seen is very easy to talk to and very thorough in her work. All the hospital staff I have come across are very helpful and caring, and I cannot thank them enough for all they have done. I would thoroughly recommend this hospital to anyone.
