Went to have consultation about hemaroid issues that had been ruining my life for 3 6 months after 5 months of back and forth between doctors I finally get referred to this joke of a hospital the doctor who saw me was rude patronising and not sympathetic he was rough when examining me and hurt a lot then said I would be referred for surgery. 3 months later I then receive a letter to fill out and send back for an operation but he had left the date of operation on the form blank I then returned this and after another 2 months had a missed call off the hospital I called the number back immediately and came through to reception who advised me there was no way to check who had called me and await a call back, they left no voicemail and did not send a corresponding letter to say what the call was about and I only knew it was rowley hall from googling the number almost a month and a half on and still no call back or letter, 8 months into my daily hell and the NHS still doesn’t seem to be in a hurry or care for someone who has paid tax and national insurance their entire life I have 0 faith in the hospital ever actually doing anything about the condition which has restricted my quality of life drastically and hope others do not have to go through this absolute joke of a system that’s supposed to help people

Excellent service, everyone of the staff were professional courteous and friendly. Every step was explained to me about my operation and procedures.

From admission to discharge nothing was to much trouble. Ramsay health care and Rowley hospital are very Lucky to have such a dedicated team

Had knee op 2 years ago and toe op in July. Excellent experience in every department from ward to theatre to outpatient and reception.

Absolutely fantastic care from everyone at Rowley Hall Hospital. Had a total knee replacement, from entering the hospital to be greeted from the friendly but professional receptionist, to meeting the nursing staff, who's care was second to none, nothing was to much trouble, physio explained everything regarding exercises and why I needed to do them. Catering staff made sure I had a gluten free diet even offered me some food that was not on the menu.
