I have received excellent service whilst getting my new hearing aid. The one I had was old and I needed an upgrade. From arriving 5 minutes before my appointment I was there about 20mins and came out with everything I needed. If I require any additional ear tubes, all I have to do is email them and they will arrange to send them out. Very pleased.

very efficient, friendly and helpful. They put you at ease for an examination scans Easier to park at Asda Thank you

I have been at seacroft for two years, the result is my fitter has left without me being informed (now on a waiting list), the servicing of my limb was due in June, one substandard suction socket lets in air and the plug pulls through the very thin north vien liner, and the second socket has a split that cuts like a papercut on the residual limb, result is the NHS has finally put me in a wheelchair. Contact reception to be told we cannot give you a time frame but you are on the list. wow
