   Arrived on time for our appointment 5 mins early) with our newborn to be weighed but were kept waiting 50 minutes to be seen. No warning of big delay by reception when we arrived and midwife was rude when we expressed frustration at being kept waiting with such a young baby. Then left a longer review on here but the system failed and that was not recoverable - feel they wasted a lot of our time and could do better with basic communication.

   Visited Children's & Adolescent Services on March 2023
