   Asked for clarification regarding fees both on phone and in email and got rude and unhelpful response. Because I questioned fees and asked for confirmation regarding additional fees charged wax refused treatment even though I had procedures booked in advance.

   I had a CT scan and was very well looked after and kept fully and sympathetically informed of all aspects of my procedure.
