I cannot praise Mr C enough. From the moment he told me I required complex eye surgery he gave me such confidence in what was a really frightening discovery. The hospital dealt with me, quickly, professionally and with great care. The co-ordination by everyone was first class, with telephone calls and emails keeping me updated all the time. From surgery in May to being completely discharged yesterday I can't thank Mr C and his team enough. You fixed me and I am incredibly thankful and grateful.

Consultant unreliable honesty questionable. NHS liaison is lovely but very much let down by other factors. Push and encourage you to pay privately instead. Say one thing then don't follow through. Would not recommend!
