I would like to thank my consultant for his expert and thorough knowledge of my left hip after the first consultation and excellent operation and kindly follow up visit on the same day, the result is life changing and wonderful. 2 You made the idea of being anaesthetized comfortable,professional and relaxing.Thank you to all the operating theatre staff and friendly professional post op room. All the nurses were extraordinarily friendly and diligent for the next 48 hours and the food was delicious. I have visited a few times and Thank you for a most excellent experience for my hip operation,the professionalism and kindness shown throughout was brilliant. I have been made most welcome on every visit and the ease of taking out of the clips was excellent. Thank you all for changing my life and making me feel welcome and in excellent care. Larry

For my second consultation, I waited 45 minutes, just because they forgot about me! Also, they made two follow up appointments without bothering to inform me (no text, no email or phone call). Nobody called me when, even two months after a scan, the results have not been communicated. When I called they told me I missed the prior appointment (the one they didn’t tell me about), and the following availability offered was within 1.5 months…

i went for a foot/ankle op year and half ago removed lump from heel and tendon work though he kept telling me he can;t give me a new tendon i am still getting alot of pain can;t bend foot and walk far he said i got soft tissue and wear and tear of tendon i can;t wear nice shoes and rely on trainers now and on strong painkillers to releive the pain the nursing staff was excellent when i was on the ward
