  1. Review titled Hit and miss standard of care

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Joseph - Posted on 18 September 2024

The standard of care from the midwifery team in the Gwillim Ward was very hit and miss. Some of the team were fantastic, whereas others were rude, unhelpful, disinterested and delivered a poor level of care. Would not return for subsequent births.

  2. Review titled Kind and respectful practitioners with appointment on time

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 17 September 2024

Always been seen on time- never ever had a delay for my appointment and every single professional I’ve seen treats me with patience and compassion. Had a pre op assessment today and the practitioner was so kind and respectful and put my mind at ease

  3. Review titled Fantastic Service?:

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by JAMES ARTHUR HOLE - Posted on 13 September 2024

Tried to change my appointment, waited 58 minutes, got through but was immediately cut off. When I rang back I was told I was 17th in the queue and the wait would be 45 minutes (but I assume another hour or so!) Appointment for MRI, phoning number 0208 725 3037

  4. Review titled Packed sardines in patient transport.

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Abbie pearson - Posted on 03 September 2024

Sat in a patient transport like a can of sardines this is a joke what if a fire was to break out nobody is allowed to use the side door the gangway is blocked by a chair user and behind her is two walking frames the poor driver is trying his best to sort it out but seriously something has to sorted before an accident happens it really isnt safe at all for any of us and no matter what the driver is saying his co-worker is saying to put more of the walking frames in the front next to him so i stated so what if the driver had a car crash into him on his side he would then have to climb over frames to get us out then go to the back of the van to then get others out because the side door is no longer able to be used.

  5. Review titled Incredible staff

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 29 August 2024

I recently accompanied a very elderly family member to A&E at St George's hospital in Tooting. I was expecting to be waiting for hours, but to my surprise we received an amazing service. Tests and results were done and received quickly. Many of the staff were attentive and carried out their jobs with a smile. Those that didn't feel like smiling still carried out their duties efficiently. I left the hospital feeling very proud and grateful for our wonderful NHS. I hope that they all feel appreciated and continue to find the strength to carry on doing their extremely difficult jobs.

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the hospital its self was very clean and organized with a clear system, and the wait time for me was short, would recommend!

My Mum was bluelighted into St George's A and E with a suspected Tia/ stroke. The care was absolutely fantastic. We were kept informed and my mum was seen very quickly and soon transferred up to the stroke unit. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who looked after my Mum.

  9. Review titled Great experience

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Happy patient - Posted on 27 June 2024

I came into the A&E department this morning, triaged swiftly to Urgent Treatment Centre and within 90 minutes, I had been assessed, had an x-ray, consultation and prescription for my cat bite. Everyone was helpful, provided good care and ensured that I could get through the system quickly and happily. Signage much improved in the hospital too though finding the pharmacy from the Urgent Treatment Centre was not easy!

The experience we had in this department was on another level. The professionalism of the nurses and doctors was exemplary and faultless. The care the nurses took of their patients was something we had not witnessed before. The level of care and attention was truly world class.
