Review titled Poor signage feedback
Rated 3 stars out of 5

The blood clinic requires better signage of what to do on arrival. Many people wandering around unsure what to do. No reception to book into. Small posters on the wall are unnoticeable. Many people then mass questioning the nurses or attending the pharmacist reception causing queuing in that department. Clearer, bolder signage would help resolve this.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience at St Helens Hospital. We are sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience and that you feel that this was as a direct result of poor signage on arrival. We take feedback very seriously and will make sure that the blood clinic and the estates department are made aware so someone can look into it, thank you for raising the issue.
