Just terrible service. I waited for the first visit for more than 6 months and the day before the meeting it was replaced with a phone call. Due to the fact that it was impossible to provide assistance over the phone, my visit was postponed for another 10 weeks. My catheter was not installed professionally. He fell out 2 hours after the visit and started bleeding. I had to urgently go to another hospital. If you value your health, avoid this hospital.

Was given an appointment over the phone for an appointment in an hour, but after giving the details he then texted a completely different address. Now the booking clerk won't answer the phone (even though it is in opening hours). I'm left not knowing where to go. This is confusing and is a very bad way to treat people

I have been to St Leonards Hospital Podiatry Department a few times now and the Staff and Treatment have always been exemplary, Thank You Very Much.

I cant praise the Physio l saw today at St Leonards Locomotor service highly enough. The whole service is a credit to the NHS. I was seen promptly, the Physiotherapist was hugely skilled, helpful and l feel l can apply what was advised quickly to help me recover and manage pain. I wish l could name the Physio but we arent allowed to reveal names, but l am very grateful for the service and team - thank you so much!!

Reception staff were very helpful and the person who did the physio was very Knowledgeable and was very good at her job gave me various exercises to carry out which even now the same day seem to have made things better
