    So I am 48yo and live in Chesham, Bucks. I work as a hgv driver. Last night I didn’t felt right so I’ve called an ambulance, I’ve been diagnosed with lungs infection and received the help I needed . After feeling much better this morning I went to work - as you do. Gradually, I was getting worse and worse throughout the day. My breathing was very shallow and when I’ve been in your town, the illness has made me panic a bit. On my phone I’ve googled nearest hospital and end up at Steppingley Hospital. Not knowing that’s not a ‘real hospital’ - meaning: no a&e , proper hospital equipment or a lot of doctors. I’ve entered the first door I saw and asked for help. I’ve explained to the nurses that I am struggling with breathing and I am a bit worried about myself and my lungs. Unfortunately, being in stress I didn’t askThose Wonderful People for names and the ones who introduced themselves- I am sorry, but I can’t remember.. anyway, They’ve immediately started collecting equipment they had and started making checks on me, called the ambulance service , made a plenty of medical work on me which totally comforted me and calmed me down. They were extremely helpful and I believe that they have done everything they could, possibly even did that one step further..! I am ever so grateful for everything they did for me today. They’ve reacted very quickly and very professionally!! Thank you so much you guys!!! I believe, that whoever is under/looked after the Steppingley Hospital staff is safe in a caring hands .
