I had a really positive experience when I attended Stourside hospital bladder clinic for 5 consecutive bladder instillation appointments earlier this year. The nurses were friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable and I felt very confident in their care, and the anxiety I originally experienced soon disappeared. It was probably the most positive hospital experience I’d ever had. Very grateful – thank you.

Was seen in clinic , Dr was understanding. The health care/nurse chaperone was absolutely amazing,Very compassionate,so supportive. As I had disclosed my anxieties over the situation. She put me at so much ease . I couldn't thank her more. She is a massive asset to the hospital. You have a wonderful member of staff right there. Again I'd like to thank her so very much for her kindness and making my situation as calm as it could be . So my visit went so much easier than expected. Thank you
