Rated 5 stars out of 5

Paediatric orthopaedic surgery. Great surgical team and surgery on my teen daughter. Excellent care on f63 from all the nurses, healthcares, domestic staff and physios and everyone else who shared a smile, just a brilliant team who responded and managed her pain and anxiety needs with great care and went above and beyond and looked after the very anxious parents too.

Had to have bone marrow sample taken. The two nurses who I saw were brilliant. A little discomfort but no pain. They made me feel at ease from the start and throughout.

Review titled No one told me anything
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Martin Bulmer - Posted on 03 October 2022
I was taken into A&E for suspected Pneumonia. 1/10/22. I was given a heart trace and a blood test (10 mins) then later a chest X-ray (10 mins) I was actually in A&E for 7.5 hrs and only once did some one say to me you’re next, and that was only because she came in to do my BP. I know it is a busy department and I was a non urgent case, but is it not possible to inform the patients where they are in a queue or what is happening, rather then just leaving them sitting there for hours on end, not knowing what is going on. The staff are great but the information given to the patients is diabolical. I’m diabetic and was feeling hungry after 4 hours I eventually caught a nurse and asked if it was possible to get something to eat. It took 1.5 hrs to find me a sandwich. Please just tell people what is happening?
