Review titled Excellent service
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Jeff - Posted on 10 January 2023
Had breathing problems. Doctor sent me to Cardiology dept. Nothing but excellent service from outpatient and CT scan dept. Was seen on time and courteous response from all who had to suffer my presence!

Review titled Great maternity services
Rated 4 stars out of 5

We had a very good, organised experience in the delivery suite. The care we received wasn’t fancy but rather down to earth, decent, just as you would expect. We would like to thank the midwives and nurses who took care of us and our baby.

Person centred care approach from start of my treatment. Diagnosed very quickly and started treatment straight away. My symptoms started nov 2021 and I’m still receiving excellent care. Seen same ent doctor at every appointment Excellent after care with follow up phone calls from the same doctor. Lovely caring staff made me at ease.

Review titled Dermatology referral
by foxtrotgz54 - Posted on 16 November 2022
Been waiting 9 months to see a dermatologist, I haven't even been given an appointment date, just a placeholder of a date in December 2022. I may have moved by the time I get an appointment.

Review titled Food overpriced
Rated 2 stars out of 5

Whilst waiting in urgent care for several outs with my partner went to restaurant to get some food. A pear, crisps, 2 sandwiches and a couple of biscuits £12.60. Decided if I’m ill I’ll go back to gloucestershire where the food is reasonable, parking free, and wait time much shorter.

Review titled Doctors surgery told us about the service
Rated 4 stars out of 5

It was similar to waiting in Accident and Emergency. The waiting times are long but once you get to see the doctors and nurses they are very efficient. If you go there make sure you take a coat as the air conditioning was beginning to cool us down. There is vending and plenty of seats. The triage was fairly quick but waiting for a doctor took ages. We spent 5 hours there and the car parking was reasonable. The staff were first class and sympathetic about the waiting times which they are trying to improve.

Review titled Very poor care
Rated 1 star out of 5

After sitting in the Urgent treatment centre for 3 hours I was sent to the SAU in Orthopaedics. The waiting room was getting more and full and yet no one was being seen. After 4 hours I asked how much longer to be told that they were waiting for the night staff to come in and the whole time I had been waiting there had not been a consultant available. People in there had been waiting 10, 12 hours and not seen anyone other than to have their BP taken. There were no refreshments available and noone came round offering. It was freezing and my request for a blanket went unanswered. After 4 hours decided if I was going to die of sepsis I may as well do it at home with a cup of tea. Advised I was going home, was so dehydrated and when I got to the lobby all the cafes were closed. Was a truly horrendous waste of time. PS had 2 missed calls in the middle of the night. So if I had waited it would have been exactly 11 hours after I walked in the door.
