by Anonymous - Posted on 23 July 2024

But I feel support that I told I would have I haven't had I have really struggled since discharge and only had one visit from the mental health team I've phoned the crisis team once to be given out of. Hours social service number and I'm still waiting to be allocated a social worker in community I'm at the point where I feel I need to be readmitted but don't feel they will I'm at my wits end as too know what to I just want the support that they said about me having before I was discharged

  2. Review titled Unsafe discharge and don't care

Rated 1 star out of 5

My sister in law has been admitted a few times and they don't care they have done unsafe discharge and they let patients who are not ready to be discharged as the patients tell the staff/consultant they are not ready but they still discharge abd when wonder why patients need to be back there and not only that they allow things that will harm patients in there as they don't check properly and they just don't give a dam they also offer u a sleeping bag and a tent if u have no where to go as they say they need the room as other people need it my sister in laws bags wasnt even packed and they moved someone else in her room absolutely disgusting how they treat there patients I am in process of taking matters further as this is bad and I want to make them understand these are human beings with a condition not a animal they also blame patients for other family members having a horrible disease by saying its the patients fault why they got the disease it's absolutely shocking I thought the nhs mental health staff are suppose to help the patients not disrespect the patients and treat them like animals
