Professional, compassionate and first class. The whole team should be very proud of the service offered. No waiting around or uncertainty about what was happening. This is always going to be an anxious time for people attending the clinic but I found the staff genuinely reassuring. Thank you.

  3. Review titled We are so lucky to have this service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I was referred here by my Doctor after some minor changes detected. Appointment within 10 days. Everything is superb. Booking process simple, administration and documentation clear and succinct. Staff at every stage of the appointment from reception to treatment were professional, polite, courteous professional and discreet. So good to be treated as an intelligent person, emotionally and physically involved in the process, and not just a number. We are so so lucky to have these services available. Well done Cheltenham and a huge thank you to the professional Doctors and the excellent nurses.

The team at the Thirlestaine Breast Clinic is the team you really want to be with when you receive the devastating news that you have breast cancer. They have your back the whole way. Every single person regardless of position treats you as an indivdual and with skill and compassion. Every single person actively listens and gives you time. I could go on forever about how wonderful they are, but suffice to say they are brilliant and I am so grateful to them all.

  5. Review titled Absolutely brilliant

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I was referred here by my GP after finding a lump in my breast. Everyone I met with on the day was reassuring, friendly and took the time to talk me through what was happening now and would happen next. I had my first mammogram, which was made so much easier by the kind lady who did the scan, explaining each step to me and helping me get in the right position. The team draining my cyst were kind enough to put up with my anxious chatter and helped ease my dislike of needles. I was in and out in just under an hour, having had an examination, mammogram, ultrasound and the procedure. The team and care I received was outstanding at what was an extremely anxious time for me.
