All the staff are very caring and go out of their way to reassure patients. Every procedure was explained clearly and I felt looked after at every stage. I’ve been here several times and this last appointment was much better than ones a few years ago. The waiting and recovery areas are gender specific and comfortable. I feel much less anxious for my next visit now

My husband attended Rheumatology today. The lady doctor was marvellous. Explained everything to him. She was thorough with a lovely manner. Hope she reads this review. I do wish we could name the consultant when they are so good. I have previously remarked before, shame other departments are not the same.

Taken to a&e then trauma and orthopaedic unit on 28th oct in serious condition, From there everyone was so professional and caring I couldn’t have been in better hands. I spent 17 days in hospital- leg operation,breathing difficulties,multiple fractures. Having been repaired I had to face physio which was tough but every day I did a bit more to walking further with their help A massive thank you to all the nursing staff in 53ecu A massive thank you to the surgeon A massive thank you to the doctors A massive thank you to the catering team I’m on the road to recovery thanks to you all Thank you from myself and family

Had a small shard of glass wedged under my fingernail. Everybody who dealt with me was genuinely lovely and all made me feel completely at ease the whole time. The only wait I had all night that was longer than an hour was waiting for the plastic surgeon to complete an actually important surgery before dealing with my pathetically minor issue. The assistant? Was really helpful when I nearly passed out from having local aneasthetic injected, bringing me cups of water etc. And everyone was very good humoured. The plastic surgeon let me know exactly what was happening all the time and had some decent quality chat

Staff wonderful from Drs, Nurses, HCA, tea trolley assistants, all work extremely hard, informative, helpful, kind and caring. Drs came onto the ward each morning to see you, discussed progression, diligent and respectful. Food was plentiful, lots of choice, always something to eat for fussy eaters and I enjoyed the roast dinners and homemade desserts. It was my first time in hospital and I have nothing but admiration for the staff

I desperately need treatment but trying to get through to them is near impossible! I am at my wits end with being ill, feeling ill and no one caring. It's no wonder I feel suicidal!! The nurses were lovely and can't fault them in any way but the admin side of this clinic is just terrible.
