I am a very nervous patient and the anaethitist and his staff were absolutely fantastic with me. They talked to me and calmed me during the spinal block and procedure. The recovery staff were also very very caring and attentive. I really can't thank them enough. They were amazing

Visited MIU with my son for an ankle injury. I was seen before my appointment time assessed, X-rayed and left the department within 30mins. The staff were friendly and professional and I would highly recommend this department to anyone. Thank you for all your help.

Well all I can say is I will never come here again even if 111 tell me to and I would never recommend or support this hospital. I was left crying I pain last night after it took me 20mins to try to walk up to bed...I came in to miu after 111 told me to, my foot is so swollen and still is I can't walk normally. I was told it was 1 of 3 things... sepsis tendinitis of sepsis gout of sepsis arthritis. No xrays were done and no tests what so ever I was just sent home. Now the last I checked sepsis was very bad. My foot feels like it's ready to pop open. I can't put a sock on or a shoe. Thay were not interested in what was happening to me at all

I was met by staff of all ranks and was glad to be somewhere where I could laugh , take trips to the garden eat acceptable good and felt everyone wanted the best for all patients. Even though I was woken up at 6am to take my blood pressure I nearly always went back to sleep much to the kindness of the staff. I also had great help from the physiotherapy dept to get me upright and slightly mobile. The whole staff need a medal, a gold one at that. Thank you all for your care and friendship.

Attended the Minor Injuries Unit on a Saturday afternoon within one hour of calling 111. Assessed and sent to Salisbury A&E where we were seen within 20 mins of arriving, assessed and a minor op needed, which was done around 10pm the same evening. Thank you for your help and speed of diagnosis and outcome. Fab service and all staff have been so helpful and comforting. We are so lucky to have the NHS and their amazing staff.

Thank you to ALL the amazing staff on shift today (22.06.2022) in the Day Surgery Unit……. What a great team from the care nurses, Surgeon and Anaesthetist. They were professional, calm and supportive (with a little extra care of holding my hand while being put under general anaesthetic) Cannot praise ALL of them enough they put me at ease and was well cared for before, during and after my procedure. The hospital itself is a lovely (as hospital stays go) clean tidy and comfortable.
