All the staff looked after me, made me feel at ease, explained the procedure fully and helped me relax through what was, a potential scary experience. Cannot express my gratitude highly enough.

I have been receiving palliative care for over 2 years now, most recently this week. The Rigby and Aylesford units are outstandingly friendly, supportive, and efficient. Never a hitch in appointments. The emergency line for fevers etc is a godsend in quick access to IV antibiotics. Everyone has been lovely and whoever does the recruiting really knows their stuff. A great credit to the hospital.

It's the first time I've ever had a bad blood test at Warwick Hospital. Firstly she put the tourniquet over my jumper sleeve, didn't pull it tight enough and went in at the side of the elbow for a vein, hence I was left with bruising. If I got her again, I would ask to change. She did not know what she was doing.

This was my first visit to Warwick Hospital and I was hugely impressed by the friendly and caring treatment I received from all the staff that I met in the Outpatients ENT Department. From the receptionists, senior nursing staff, audiologist, and student nurse to the senior consultant - everyone I met was patient, compassionate, and committed to support me. My thanks to all!

With growing pain in my wife's side following a fall a few days earlier we spoke to 111 who advised visiting a&e (system won't accept this in capitals). Warwick would not logically be our natural choice based on our location but we had had very good reports in comparison to our experiences at our local hospital. Despite being early Saturday evening there were obviously sufficient staff available going by the waiting areas, and we only had ten minutes between triage and a nursing practitioner. Detailed questioning by both and thorough physical examination by the practitioner delivered in a friendly, informative and caring way. We left very satisfied with the service we had received.

I visited ENT this afternoon at 2pm and was seen promptly. The staff were brilliant and talked me through everything. As a result of their attention and dedication my problem has been solved. I hope that through this message the staff members who attended me are informed of my thoughts and comments. They were so friendly and attentive.

Relative was frightened of hospital after being in Nicholas Ward. Rude staff and poor care. Food was good but hospital stay was traumatic.

Yesterday 16th December I attended for a procedure (I was very scared and anxious) but I have to say what a wonderful team of people I encountered...in a spotless environment...it may have been the sedative/pain relief meds they gave me but I thought they were all lovely and the cup of tea and biscuits afterwards was very comforting...highly recommend this unit ...and it was a Saturday! Thankyou for your care xxx

I attended minor injuries 7/12 following a broken ankle. I was seen within a reasonable time considering my injury and treated wonderfully by the Doctor and Nurse on Duty. I was put in a plaster cast and followed up in fracture clinic with a new cast and X-rays. An operation was scheduled 19/12 which again all staff on the Day Surgery Unit were professional/efficient/ friendly/ welcoming and reassuring through the whole process. I have not one complaint with my care and the professionalism of the staff at Warwick. I have been treated with nothing but kindness and respect. Thank you for all that you do.
