   The doctors are excellent but the nursing care ws poor. An agency nurse was the best nurse of all for communication, empathy and timely meeting of needs. The other nurses, especially senior nurses, were insensitive, even cruel, unresponsive when spoken to politely, ignored requests for help, left doubly incontinent patients sitting in soiled bedding for hours, despite relatives pleads to help . Avoid till they improve the standards of nursing care.
