Came to Msk Cats Traige [Orthopaedics] the 11th of July. The person I saw was great listened to all my concerns and questions that I had. That I didn't want to go to Chesterfield Orthopaedics [I wanted Qmc Notts] I got Qmc Notts. First person at Whitworth to actually listen to me.

Review titled High Quality Care
Rated 5 stars out of 5

When I arrived at Whitworth I was feeling poorly and upset. The receptionist was very patient and kind. I did not have to wait long to see a health professional. I didn’t get her name but I could not have been treated with more care. She quickly referred me to the ED with all the information I needed. She could see I was upset and in pain and was very kind. I would like to send her my thanks.

Felt like I’d been patronised when seen by the nurse Practitioner. Been in pain and wanted some compassion even though they’ve was,not able to prescribe me anything . Didn’t like how she made me feel and said to me im sorry you’re disappointed ????? All I wanted to see if they could give me anything to make feel better after two weeks off pain . Totally no life skills in dealing with patients who have a low pain threshold and been through cancer.

Review titled Brilliant service !
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Holly - Posted on 10 February 2024
When you walk in you are greeted warmly by one of the reception staff, they make you feel a lot calmer as soon as you walk in. The waiting times are minimal and the clinical staff are very thorough and empathetic. All staff are excellent and you can tell they follow their IPs procedures the utc was immaculate and there are hand sanitising stations everywhere. Masks are also provided to patients to ensure everyone is safe. Brilliant place with a brilliant service, a credit to the nhs.
