The whole experience was very welcoming. I felt nervous but they made me feel welcome the moment I stepped inside. The operation was totally painless. I can’t wait to have my other eye done. Thank you to all the staff for making my experience so easy and stress free.

from start to the operation everyone was helpful and friendly. All of the amenities in the building were superb

Poorly trained, unhelpful and rude members of staff at every interaction. Call was escalated to a team leader who was frankly a disgrace. Retraining, if not dismissal would be appropriate for both members of staff I have just spoken with. Would never consider using these people again.

At SpaMedica Gloucester, from 1st contact to walking away with new sight, perfect in every way. From receptionist though to surgeon, everyone was caring, thoughtful and aware of my fear of the prospect of eye surgery. I needn't have worried. Their methods and efficiency should be used as a fine example of what is possible in minor surgery.

Myself and husband were treated extremely well when he attended for his operation, the staff were welcoming and the hospital is very pleasant. Follow up care was very precise and the nurse helpful. Thank you very much to all concerned.

I have had 2 cataracts operations which have both been difficult and staff on both occasions have been excellent. My sight was restored for which I am so grateful. Thank you for the attention given when the problem was not always straightforward.

I was more than a little anxious entering the surgery but was very quickly put at my ease. All staff from initial consultation to surgery were very friendly, efficient and professional. Everyone asked if I had questions and never felt like I was being rushed through. I would not be nervous if I have to repeat the experience with the other eye. Thank you

Prompt treatment no long hospital waiting time. I was wary, anxious about the operation but the staff were reassuring explained the process which went well.
