I wish all my experiences with the NHS could be like this. From referral to operation less than a month. All staff I met seemed interested in me and making sure I was taken care of. I was kept informed at all times of what was going on and why, nothing was too much trouble I'd give it 10 stars.

The clinic is amazing fantastic service and fantastic staff...so very helpful and caring only thing was that it did hurt a lot..but would still highly recommend.

Very quickly seen both eyes done in around six weeks.Very nice staff. Free parking food and drink available

Top class service, was made to feel welcome and comfortable,and put at ease as was extremely nervous. I can't praise this hospital and it's service highly enough.

Service was very good staff excellent considerate and very caring atmosphere very calming only one slight problem which is parking some confusion about parking locations

The staff where first class, very friendly and very helpfull, answered all my questions and made you feel at ease, picked up on time so arrived on time, they could not have done more thank you very much eye sight is first class.

The day after operation and my first eye is already fantastic and can't wait for .my second eye to be done The staff were so lovely and made .me feel at ease can't praise them enough at colchester essex

I was received at the clinic reception with professional and friendliness making me welcome and relaxed. The nursing staff who registered me into the ward were particularly pleasant and were very reassuring to an anxious patient who did not know what to expect despite being a retired medical practitioner. The procedure was carefully explained and my questions thoughtfully answered. When I was eventually taken to theatre the surgeon having introduced himself and outlined what I should expect he introduced me to the theatre staff. After all the reassurance I felt ready for the operation which went well. All the reassurance and analgesia meant the procedure was over before I realised. I cannot praise all the staff enough for their professionalism and kindness.
