Helpful and friendly staff with a warm welcome. Put me at ease as I have never had a treatment before and explained everything thoroughly. The sergon made me feel at ease so I was able to relax and let it all happen. Nothing bad to say about them as there customer service was 100% excellent. Hope to return for left eye.

This was my second cataract removal. From the initial assessment to having cataracts in both eyes removed it took only 6 weeks - an amazingly short time! On all occasions the care and attention I received was superb. I cannot praise enough the staff at SpaMedica at St Catherine's, Birkenhead.

From the initial examination, through the travel arrangements to and from Southampton, to the operation itself, the service was excellent. The staff are all caring and accommodating and the professionalism is second to none.

I was a little apprehensive before treatment but the staff from reception through to the surgeons were very professional and reassuring. They put me at ease and relaxed me. If I need further treatment I will not hesitate to use SpaMedica again

I have just had my second cataract removed at Spa Mesica in Southampton (Eastleigh) Very good communication and friendly service. The system worked very well and friendly surgeon! The arrangements for transport - I would recommend trying one's own transport with someone. Spa Medica do have a problem for arrangeing transport but not their problem.

This was my second cataract op. And again very impressed by the whole process. Efficient, good at explaining what was going to happen and in and out in less than 2.30 hours. Well done.

I was dealt with at Spa Medica Bolton with courtesy from the start of the procedure. The appointment was quickly received after the referral from my optician. All the professionals involved were polite and I was told what was happening every step of the way. The surgeon explained what to expect and as the surgery took place I was asked if all was well. After the procedure the nurse gave me drops and told me about after care. The second cataract was operated on after my check up at the opticians and once again it went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Spa Medica, Bolton.
