This was my 3rd round of steroid injections. Whilst the injections are painful both nurses were (as usual) very sympathetic, supportive and caring. They again explained the whole procedure for me even though I already knew what to expect? Oh, and the coffee and choccie biscuits are a very nice touch, too! Such a very good experience from 2 dedicated nurses! Thank you both.

I had minor surgery on my face. The staff were so friendly explaining what the procedure would entail as well as how to look after the wound afterwards. No surgery is nice but the experience was made much better by the kindness of these two staff members.

In my view as with everything in life people can always make a difference .. had cryotherapy treatment with one the most professional duo's on the planet .. thank you girls for an outstanding service hope it works or we'll have to try again ..

I attended Bromley Green Medical Centre, Wythenshawe for a skin biopsy. Both the clinician and the nurse were excellent. I was informed exactly what the procedure was and it was done quickly and efficiently. On leaving I was given a coffee which was an unexpected nice gesture. Excellent service

I had to have a skin removed, it was painless except for the anaesthetic which hurt a little, but the doctor and nurse made you feel at ease and relaxed and both were really nice and made the procedure a lot less scary.

I attended for a biopsy yesterday. The 2 health professionals were reassuring and explained everything very clearly. I received excellent treatment and look forward to returning to discuss the results.

Treated with courtesy and the whole procedure was explained in detail. I was extremely satisfied with both of the staff carrying out the procedure and the Patient Information Post Procedure leaflet given to me which I am following.

I had Minor Surgery at Cheetham Hill Dermatology Unit on Easter Saturday afternoon. The attitude of the staff was upbeat, patient and very kind. The explanation of the procedure was clear and I left with straightforward aftercare instructions. Faultless professionalism. Many thanks to all.
