I attended the Brownley Green health centre for a minor op. I was seen quickly, and the two ladies that saw me were friendly and super efficient. I was in and out in no time, and they put me at ease. Great service, thank you.

Doctor and nurse had a great manner, were friendly and helpful, and I felt in good hands. Only thing is that I had to travel across town for this appointment, having been told on the phone that there was nowhere more local available. While the doctor here told me that it should have been possible to get the biopsy in Ancoats, which is round the corner from me.

I visited the Dermatology department at Brownley Green Health Centre on 14.11.22 to have a minor procedure under the care of two wonderful nurses. From the warm greeting in the patient waiting area to the completion of the procedure I knew I was in safe hands and felt comfortable and at ease throughout. The two ladies are a fantastic team and thank them both for their wonderful care and treatment . I was also offered a coffee and biscuit after my treatment which I think is a brilliant gesture. Now that's what I call a great service! Keep up the great work ladies ! Best wishes Jason

Staff made me feel calm and explained every part of the process including after care. Even walked you out of the treatment area ensuring all your concerns were addressed.

I took my mum today to have a biopsy, she was anxious about the procedure but the 2 ladies were a great team they explained everything and even went the extra mile reassuring her afterwards. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!

I had minor surgery with the dermatologist in Manchester Ancoats and it was a lovely experience. Both doctor and nurse were very nice and caring! The procedure was fast and painless, they went into great detail about the whole process and ensured I was comfortable. They even went into detail about the aftercare and got some lovely tea and chocolate after! :)
