I had a minor dermatology surgery at Brownley Green Primary Care Centre. The team members were very professional, friendly and kind. It was obvious the nurse is very experienced with her gifted hands. I had no pain during and after the procedure till now which is 24 hours. As some one with needle phobia. I still find this hard to believe. I appreciate this wonderful team. It was a relaxing environment with relaxing music.

Today I have been for a punch biopsy on my face at Higher Openshaw and was incredibly nervous about it. The nurse explained everything to me and offered a referral to plastics if I wanted. I decided to go ahead with the procedure, they explained everything incredibly thoroughly and put me completely at ease. The procedure went really well and I’m happy with the stitches and size of scar that will be left. Honestly cannot fault my experience and was even offered a brew at the end and sent home with a chocolate which put a big smile on my face! Thank you ☺️

I had a punch biopsy today at Openshaw and was greeted by a very friendly assistant and clinician. Both were extremely helpful and friendly and the clinician explained the procedure very clearly. She made me feel at ease and comfortable and even offered me a tea or coffee at the end. The whole experience was lovely and not as daunting as I had imagined! In the aftercare bag I was even given a chocolate which really put a smile on my face. It’s the little things!

I recently had to have some biopsies at the minor surgery clinic at Higher Openshaw. Feeling very apprehensive, but had no need to be the team we fantastic could not fault how they asked questions and explained the procedure. Made me feel really at ease they are truly wonderful people doing at times a very stressful job x

I attended Higher Openshaw Primary Care on the 26th January for a punch biopsy. I was treated in a very caring manner as I was somewhat nervous and the nurse who carried out the procedure was excellent and she explained everything that was going to happen. The procedure was over very quickly, so quickly in fact I thought it was just about to start! A chocolate coin and a sticker in the aftercare bag I was given was greatly received by my little granddaughter. The only negative is I had to travel across Manchester to attend the appointment whereas I could have been referred to Withington Dermatology which is just a short distance away, however I agreed to go Openshaw as I had to wait quite some time even for that appointment. All in all a very good service made even better by the attentive nurse. Now I just need to wait on the result.

Amazing team , they are so friendly and humble. I walked in and the DR congratulation me on my baby, I was so touched on how much respect they give me. A big thanks to this wonderful women. Great service.

I had a minor operation in Higher Openshaw Pcc, the practice was warm and very clean so the first impression was wow ! Then I was called in and the nurses asked me questions about my condition and if I had any allergy to any sort of medicine because they wanted to make sure my body tolerates well with the whole thing. It happened like magic, I didn't feel anything during the minor operation and afterwards, then they guided me through what happens next and gave me brilliant advice. They even offered me Tea and chocolate for "doing good" and as an X-mas gift ! Thank you so much for today, on my behalf and on behalf of everyone else you try your best to help !

Had a small procedure to remove a growth from my neck, two professional lady nurses treated me with care and preformed my procedure without any pain in a matter of minutes. Brilliant service

My father attended the About Health practice in Audenshaw this morning. He was very impressed with the service and mentioned the lady who carried out the procedure was very nice and friendly. The procedure was completed quickly and efficiently and he is very pleased with the outcome, thank you.

Daughter had a minor procedure today at the dermatology dept. Barbara Castle Way. She was very nervous but no need to be as the doctor and nurse were very friendly, calm and relaxed. They explained what was going to happen and why, answered all of my daughters questions in a way she could understand and even gave her a cup of tea afterwards. We left happy with my daughter saying how brave she had been, no fear and would definitely go again. Great result.
