I was highly anxious about having my procedure that I'd undergone therapy prior. I still found myself stressing about the pain experienced by a doctor who had given my first steroid injections (a few shots in a delicate area of skin) which left me traumatised. The two lovely nurses which I am embarrassed to say I didn't write down their names, put me at ease explaining what was about to take place, even what the mix was in the injection, I was told the truth in an empathetic & profession manor about how many times the needle would given. I was treated respectfully like a person & not just a procedure on a conveyor belt. I left feeling happy ratherer than stressed about the pending appointments, which is normally my fear. I hope this is the future of minor surgery as there is more of us out there fearing minor surgery. Thank you

I went to the Dermatology department today at Brownley green health care centre, about health to have a mole removed. Both ladies were amazing and very professional at all times, and talked me through everything. Great service, thank you ladies.

I had an appointment with the dermatologist in Cheetham hill medical centr and it was a great experience. Both ladies were very caring and also very professional. They made me feel very comfortable. The procedure was quick and painless, they went into great detail about the whole process and ensured I was comfortable. Honestly the best doctors i’ve been to so far. They even made me a cup of tea & gave me some biscuits after!!

I went to the Dermatology department today at Ancoats, About Health. Both ladies were amazing and put me at ease. I was going for a Biopsy, and they explained everything, they made me relax and were both professional, caring and friendly during the procedure. The after care was brilliant and I can’t recommend them both highly enough.
