    Rang 34 times this morning to get through and in the queue at number 49 waited on the phone for 15 mins until number 14 and was disconnected. Rang directly back back at number 50, at the beginning of the automated system it tells you that all appointments have gone today but stay on the line if you require urgent, stayed on the phone for another 25 minutes for some receptionist to tell me that's there's nothing available and they've closed it for today. Back story, I've been violently, vomiting, 15 hours alongside of gallstone attack. All I need is anti-sickness and pain relief. I don't think it's a requirement for A&E to spend another 41 hours. Now have to waste the time of the 111 service to see what they advise. When your local doctor surgery should be able to do this.
