Went to Ilford branch for initial assessment. The first appointment was just answering questions and complete questionnaire. There were no exercise recommendations. The physio wasnt helpful at all and she didn’t help in alleviating the pain. She just asked to come back again for next session.

The exercises were helpful and the practitioners were very professional with good advice . The opportunity to have this remote service whilst in your home which saved travel was good. I had some face to face calls and sone phone calls. As I was away for six weeks I could still access the app, do the exercises etc.
