Had been asked to fast for 6 hours and yet walked in and someone was eating. Was not asked if I had been fasting/ no date of birth checked/ address. Asked to lie on bed and then gentlemen presumed doctor but as he didn’t introduce himself (or I didn’t hear this) I don’t really know. He asked a couple of questions about why having ultrasound and then got on with it which as not had gallstone ultrasound one before seemed ok. Completely understand that the technician/doctor has to concentrate while do the ultrasound but the service before and after is my issue. I would not recommend as no introductions or checks and know this would have been done differently at an NHS hospital/clinic. I have had enough tests to know this didn’t feel quite right although I am not questioning the actual procedure.

My is deaf he just been for wax removal . The men was very rough and was hurting my son . And only did one ear . My son said you hurting me and he just said oo sorry discussed by the way he moved his head and so rough .

I’m currently under ent for my ears serveral years of agony and perforated ear drums on both ears, I’m getting sicker and suckers and no one seems to care. They sent me for an urgent ct scan at a private hospital under nhs, was told by the hospital 2 weeks to get my results then the 2 weeks go by I get nothing I ring beacon and they say 6-8 weeks to wait for results I ring again today after the 6 week period and now they are saying 14 th April for appointment that’s 3 months since my ct scan. All the while I’m having to be on antibiotics all the time I’m constantly tired and having bad headaches now aswell having now developed sinus problems where it’s causing me to vomit. No one cares the nhs doesn’t care anymore I’m now more depressed than ever and don’t want to live like this anymore.

I attended my appointment for a hearing test and the audiologist was extremely helpful ensuring to provide me with a clear explanation of what was happening and why, I was provided with hearing aids and given clear instructions and guidance. I felt calm and reassured during the whole process.

Spacious, free car park. Welcoming receptionist, comfortable, uncrowded waiting area. Seen at ENT appointment time. Doctor thorough. Explained the procedure and was reassuring. Clear explanations, answering my questions in a friendly and professional manner. Whole experience was stress free and concluded in a timely but unhurried manner. Thank you! Highly recommended.

Went in for an ENT appointment. The doctor I saw was unbelievably rude and inconsiderate. just mumbled and spoke over me every single time I tried to speak to explain my problem. I was in the appointment for 2 minutes before he ended it after shoving a camera up my nose with no care whatsoever. If there are alternatives available to you then avoid beacon incase you have the displeasure of seeing this doctor.

I was referred for an ENT appointment. I was barely in the appointment for 5 minutes, it was literally put a camera down my nose and that’s it. Nothing was explained to me. The consultant seemed like he could not be bothered and looked annoyed when I tried to ask for more information. I wasn’t given a clear idea of what would happen next just well you might need an operation but it probably wouldn’t work.

I attended after a GP referral. Doctor spoke very quietly/mumbled and I had to ask him to repeat his questions a few times. He just seemed to be ticking off a list. Did not seem interested in listening to me or helping me at all, just going through the motions. Dismissed me with feeble dignosis and gave me an information sheet that looked like it had repeatedly been photocopied since the 1990's. Don't think I was in there 10 mins.
