   I went in for knee consultation which cost £215, covered by insurance. I was sent for an MRI scan and asked to come back to review the scans. I asked if the review would be charged as my insurance would not cover any more consultations, I was told no, there would be no charges. I had the scan, went back for the review which took about 10 minutes. On my way home I was told I owed them £160. No mention of a fee was communicated prior to the meeting and I have no idea how they came up with that amount. Very sneaky and underhand the way they don't mention costs until you leave.
