    Emailed 8 days ago, no reply so emailed again and told they're extemly busy continue waiting 6 days ago. Called yesterday, phone line was a 4 hour wait! 8 Days Later, Still Waiting!

    I was so anxious and worried about the process having had a bad experience in the past with a different clinic, after booking an appointment online I was given a telephone consultation with in 24 hours. I spoke to a lovely lady who made me feel so comfortable. She went through all the necessary questions so we could figure of what treatment was best. This took between 20/30 minutes. In the end I had treatment at home. The process after the telephone call was extremely quick. I received the treatment within two days of the call. I would love to personally thank the lady on the phone for how she made me feel and how easy she made the whole process. Thank you so much!
