    In and out in a15 minutes after being told I have an curable eye disease. No bedside manner and no compassion and no time to understand what I had been told. It has taken you an entire year to diagnose this amidst cancelled and postponed appointments. all the while knowing the damage caused daily to my eye cannot be undone, a glitch in the system when sending a prescription should not mean you then give up. anyone reading this should avoid this place

    I attended for my appointment only to be told it was cancelled. They claim they tried to call me less than 4 hours before the appointment to tell me but there was not answer. Couldn't even be bothered the leave a voice mail. Half a day off work with lost wages. I guess as patients we're just not that important!

    Arrived at allotted time. Seen by preparatory nurse within 2 mins. Pre-theatre nurse 3 mins after coming out of prep. 4mins later my other half was notified I had gone in for the procedure. Less than 20 mins later I was on my way home, all done. Brilliant staff, friendly, up beat and really nice. Thank you so much

    The staff were great at putting me at ease and very helpful. I was first seen on the Tuesday 13th and had cataract surgery on Thursday 15th . That is an amazing service. Thank you all.

    I had a laser capsulotomy treatment in Stevenage on Monday 26th February. I was in and out of the Treatment Centre in under 10 minutes. All instructions were easy to follow with astonishing results. Well done and thank you.

    I've just had a Glaucoma review appointment at CHEC, Progress House, Blackpool. I have no problem with the service other than to say that the receptionist was brusque and unfriendly, and nurse cold and stony-faced. I see no value in this - I am a person, not a number.
