Second time visiting. Got an appointment for the next day from receiving my text. Friendly and relaxing environment for my daughter. Very clean and thoroughly went through things with myself and my daughter.

Both the doctor and the assistant were very kind towards both me and my son, they were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They knew exactly how to get a small child to cooperate while preserving a good experience. There was almost no wait at all, they provided hand sanitizer to ensure everyone's safety. They answered all my questions and even suggested follow-up appointments. Thank you for a very good experience.

My GP referred me to the centre and the waiting list wasn't too long. I received an appointment within about 2-3 months. Communication was good and the Dr was very understanding and helpful.

When I had my hearing test the Dr was very kind and patient. When I went back to get my hearing results, the Dr explained everything fully to me, she was very nice and quiet spoken.
