    Two persons from Direct Medicare UK were involved in a liver/kidney scan. Afterwards, I broke down in tears, They were so kind and helpful, I feel I owe my life to them (for several reasons, including my own underlying issues). Patient, respectful, compassionate, considerate, caring and consoling. Practice staff wonderful (even helping me gain access to the building which had automastic doors that were not working!). Thank you.

    Visited by two paramedics 20/5/23 outstanding service, excellent knowledge & very informative. two very genuine nice people with the patients of a saint. (My condition was hip went into spasm) just wish their was another way of showing appreciation for their care. Other than this review.

    I ordered a fridge from this company and it was damaged upon arrival, I was advised via email I would have a replacement in January. We are now in February and no replacement and no response to my calls or emails. The fridge was nearly £700. Terrible service - do not use
