   I had counselling here in the past and have tried to reach out for help on several occasions recently after feeling like I have nowhere else to turn. They don’t reply to website enquiries or emails. No idea where to turn or what to do I guess just give up as there doesn’t seem to be any facilities for mental health within reach anymore
