  1. Review titled Waste of my time

by James - Posted on 03 September 2024

Put on a long waiting list , so found another provider who was willing to help me. They needed a referral from Every turn, which was refused. So Every turn won't help me and refuse to allow someone else who is offering help. Unbelievable!

  2. Review titled No empathy

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Malcolm Clark - Posted on 18 March 2024

First off I work 9 to 5 weekdays so initially found it extremely difficult to make an appointment for my initial assessment. I did finally managed to make an appointment but had to take a half day off work. My appointment was at 8am. At 8.08am I get a phone call to tell me that due to technical difficulties the appointment needed rebooting. It's a phone call and they have technical difficulties!? I'm sorry but that is a very poor excuse. I explained that I had taken time off work for the phone call and all I got was a lame apology with no real explanation or empathy. They then tried to make a new appointment on the Wed Thurs and Fri. Weds I'm at Kings College Hospital to see my liver specialist as I have diagnosed liver issues, Thursday was near midday when I'm in work and the Friday was 2pm in the afternoon when I had another appointment at 2.30 so couldn't accept any of them. I work so expecting someone to drop everything at short notice is a joke. The government are trying to get more people with mental health issues back into work so when are they planning to make the necessary adjustments to cater for people in work. This service is a joke and I haven't even started because as I couldn't take a very short notice alternative appointment advised that they had nothing else to offer and will ring back. I'm definitely not holding my breath. And now having read the other reviews I'm wondering if it is worth bothering at all and maybe should have told them to not to bother. It will be interesting to see if I get a reply. How hard is it to make a phone call?

  3. Review titled Waste of time

by Anna - Posted on 23 June 2024

Contacted them following a self-referral, I was put on a webinar with advice ranging from “go for a walk if you feel sad” to “meet with friends”. I requested an alternative help with mental health and have now been waiting 8 months.

  4. Review titled Avoid them!

A great waste of time! Ridiculous questions in the assessment, they gonna make all what they can to avoid offering you any service. They don't have any intention to help but just to fill paperwork! Plus they didn't replay my email! A nothing service!!
