I called Evolutio to book follow up appointment after receiving text message to do so. I was told the clinic will call me for an appointment. After waiting for 2 weeks, I called back and was booked an appointment. Because I received no confirmation, I called on the day only to be told I have no appointment. I expressed my deep disappointment and insisted on an appointment as the clinic never calls back. I was given an appointment for 9 weeks later. The call handler hung up on me. What a terrible service!!!

on friday 30/05/2024 get a letter dated 24/05/2024 for my appoment on the 29/05/2024 did not know need perscription or sungallases as been in came out to try ring a taxi back hardley could see stated contatct my gp same day if run out on perscription phoned to day not heard any think like promised when spoken did to did not answer my question if did not write it down would said did not turn up there and was not polite was too busy trying get his key bord woring suposed be 12.30 din not get in till 12.50 how can the nhs give contracts to people like that arived at 12.00 trying to find it disgusting place

30/05/2024 recived appoment on the letter dated 24/05/2024 for my oppoment on 29/05/2024 at 12.30 yet when phoned up wa stold 12.15 if i dint write it down they would wrote i did not saying did not turn up when phoned up was on the phone 45 before i gotthrought to them on the letter perscription and bring sunglas no wonder could not see if this run by the nhs no wonder we are in a mess know 6days to get a letter what a joke if think travling t oa clinic can forget that time got some one who can answer calls faster rember its costing us phoning up thats one place i never go again

After attending this clinic I have mixed feelings, the receptionist and staff who assisted with my scans and testing were outstanding, along with the doctor who I see, however the manager seemed to be rude when speaking to staff who were already working hard, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone

I was referred to Evolutio after an optometrist diagnosed pigment dispersion syndrome at a routine eye test. I subsequently emailed the clinic asking if I could be seen sooner due to anxiety about my diagnosis, and was given a much earlier appointment at a clinic further away. A few days before the appointment I had a phone call from a clinician reassuring me about my fears. I received a thorough examination at the appointment and was extremely relieved to discover I do not have this condition, but pigment remnants near my iris due to iritis, which had been there without concern for around twenty years. The doctor also discovered that I have dry eyes. So my symptoms for this condition are easily alleviated which I’m also very happy about. I feel that I received expert care at Evolutio, and not for the first time as my eye health history is quite complex. I will be attending a follow up appointment at my local clinic in six months’ time.

I had a text asking me to call for a follow up appointment. Impossible to get through whatever time of the day. You are 7 or more in the queue. I have better things to do with my life than listen to their muzak and being told my call is very important to them. If it was they would employ someone to answer calls. I thought this company was independent. If it was a private company, not an NHS subsidiary, it would go out of business

The care you get from this company is amazing from all the staff receptionist to the doctors everyone explains everything and are really caring and make sure you get the treatment you need 10/10
